We created a “Dallas Round Up” party as a nod to the spirit of Dallas, with Country music, line dancing, whip cracking and more. We took over Gilley's Dallas and transformed the parking lot into a Beer Garden, created 4 thematic rooms filled with photo ops, activations, F&B and photo moments that all tied back to Dallas culture, and the overarching conference theme of "Better Together." The icing on the cake was our team’s strategy to support local small businesses, artisans and makers by choosing creative elements that could be locally sourced. Everything from the muralist, to the quaint pie food truck, to the jaw-dropping steamer installation that took over the parking lot, were Texas vendors.
