CONFERENCE CLOSING FESTIVAL

Thinking outside the box for their customer appreciation party, taking place in Las Vegas, NV. We tasked ourselves with the challenge of turning 2 empty Pavilions into an immersive, memorable party. We held this at the Pavilions at World Market, ad the Party took over Pavilion 1 and 2 to host 9,000 conference attendees.

We created this festival-like event that featured three stages with entertainment, four distinct event zones, gaming activities, photo opportunities, and large IMAG screens to create immersive environments, with food & beverage stations across the two pavilions. The main stage featured an entertainment stage with concert style production where headliner Royal Machines performed.
